The Grand Cottage accommodates 10 to 11 guests in a traditional Breton house just 400 m from the beach, with a private garden. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an extra fee. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, main lounge, and a second lounge opening onto the terrace and garden. The dining area has a table, 6 chairs, and a bench. The main lounge features a leather 3-seater sofa and a TV. The blue lounge offers a low cabinet, armchairs, a small table, and a table with four chairs. This room, popular with children, has three large patio doors opening to the terrace and garden. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and washing machine. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190) and private bathroom with shower and toilet; one with a double bed (140x190), two bedside tables, and a wardrobe; and a small room with two single beds (80x190, trundle beds), ideal for two children or one adult. There’s also an additional bathroom with shower on this floor. On the second floor, there’s a bedroom with three single beds (90x190) and another with two single beds (90x190). The private garden, accessible from the blue lounge, has outdoor furniture and a fixed barbecue. In addition to your own garden, you can enjoy the large front garden of the Gîtes de la Plage. A separate annex offers a shared laundry room with a dryer. Each cottage has its own washing machine. Two private parking spaces are available. The cottage features electric heating and blackout blinds for the skylights. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
